Our First Post Covid 19 Cafe Pop Up

Special thanks to the amazing Grind team. We dusted off our catering cob webs and did our first post Covid pop up. A little rusty but as soon as out cogs got coffee on them we were rocking and rolling. Thanks to The BFIT team for inviting us to take part in the Duathlon National Championships, held at Busy Park Barbados Race Circuit.
